Which data we process
With the ‘Schedule a meeting’ form you compose an email message. When you click ‘Send request’, your own email program opens with this message. This website does not store or send the data you enter; that only happens when you send the message from your email program.
When you email or call us, we process the data you share with us, such as:
- name and organisation;
- email address and, if you provide it, phone number;
- your sector and any explanation you add.
Why we use this data
We only use your data to contact you and answer your question. The legal basis for this is your request and our legitimate interest in responding to it. We do not use your data for newsletters or other marketing without your consent.
How long we keep data
We do not keep your data longer than necessary to handle your question. If we start working together, we keep the data for as long as that cooperation and our legal obligations require.
Sharing with others
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties, except with parties that help us run the website and email, such as our hosting provider. We make agreements with these parties about the security of your data.
This website also uses services from Google Maps and Vimeo. What they process is explained in our cookie policy.
Security
We take appropriate measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised use. The website uses a secure connection (https).
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can also object to the processing or ask us to transfer your data. Send your request to contact@docbase.nl. We will respond within four weeks.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or with the supervisory authority in your own country.
Changes
We may update this privacy statement. The date at the top shows when the text was last updated. If the English and Dutch versions differ, the Dutch version prevails.
